This is our second time to go to a forest adventure in Japan.
The staff were kind and well- trained and courteous but seemed a bit tired and weary of the job.
It's better to go only if you are confident of your physical condition. For those who exercise regularly it's no problem whatsoever. For those who haven't been working out... please note that two families quit halfway on the day that we went.
The course is a little bit higher than the other Forest adventure course. There were many zip lines.
I wish they had told us in the beginning to watch out for a great view of Mount Fuji during course one. There are four courses in the adult course.

We ran out of time before we can try the last 2 course. It was a great experience and well worth it! The zip lines were fun, be prepared to get a dirty. Thank you Forest...

One of the kids decided to bail after looking at the zip-line, they allow him to drop off. I should have check with that...
