This is a good place for relaxation in nature. On a sunny day, it's a great spot to see Mt. Fuji. If you have the time, I recommend spending at least 2 hours here. So, you can leisurely stroll around the lake and maybe bring your own food for a picnic.
Although renting a bike is available, I'm advised not doing so because The path is fairly narrow and is the same path that walkers use.
Despite the large number of families and couples camping there, it doesn't feel overly crowded.
If you don't have a car and have to travel by public transportation, you must carefully manage your schedule or you could waste hours waiting for the bus.
