Togamihigashi Park — Attraction in Fujinomiya

A very nice and well maintained recreational area overall. Lots of great views of Mt. Fuji! Plenty of free parking is also available for guests of the park and sports facilities.

Unfortunately, in spite of the nice vistas and facilities, the only very disturbing problem that many people noticed and remarked negatively about was the nauseating stink coming from the men’s restrooms located on the outdoor field area.

Furthermore, the dust that got kicked up on the field area also needed to be regularly watered down to avoid dust clouds...

When i went here it was lunch time and i rest here for a while and eat my lunch here ..I feel so much relaxed .. i feel the fresh air , the sound of the wind and the sound of the water ... Feels so good...

静岡県富士宮市の『ふじのみやスポーツ公園市民体育館』の東側に在る面積1.8ヘクタールの都市公園。姉妹都市提携を結ぶサンタモニカをイメージした『サンタモニカの小径』や芝生広場や滑り台などを含む複合遊具が設置されて居て天気も良く幼児連れの家族等で賑やかでした。 以前在った展望台を兼ねて居た外神城は解体され、跡地は現在工事中で県下最大級の大型複合遊具の設置工事中で今年8月に完成予定との事！です、駐車場も増設する様ですよ、子供連れの家族の方々は楽しみだと思います。 駐車場は狭く、野球の試合が有る日は野球の関係者が利用する様です。 2週間後に再園すると工事現場には新たに設置される巨大な遊具などの一部がお披露目されているが工事現場には入れません！遊具などが完成するのが楽しみですね！ 8月4日にお披露目された『ぐるり富士宮コンビネーション』と称される静岡県下最大級の大型複合遊具で家族みんなで楽しめるとの事で8月の下旬に行きました。 横幅約25m、奥行き約15m、高さ約10mの複合遊具で富士宮市内の観光名所をモチーフにした『見る』『登る』『滑る』『渡る』『潜る』を体験する32のアイテムで6歳から12歳の児童が対象の遊具で、大人が付き添いすれば幼児達も楽しめる様ですよ！ 複合遊具で元気で楽しむ子供達と周りで子供を見守る親御達が楽し...
