【メリケントキンソウに注意】

管理の行き届いたきれいな公園です。 土日は、親子連れで賑わっています。 駐車場には、自販機や、男女用、多目的用トイレなどもあります。

芝生広場が広く、とても良い公園なのですが、注意点が一つ。

メリケントキンソウと思われるトゲのある植物が、芝生広場に繁殖しているようです。

先日、芝生広場内で半日ほど、足蹴りバイクなどで子供を遊ばせて帰宅しました。 夜になり、子供の膝等に虫刺されのような痕が数か所できているのを確認しました。

当日は長ズボンを履いていたので、虫刺されの可能性は低いと思い、メリケントキンソウのトゲを疑いました。

そこで、当日履いていた靴の裏や、足蹴りバイクのタイヤを確認したところ、やはりメリケントキンソウと思われるトゲのある植物が刺さっていました。

市の公園管理事務所には連絡済みで、確認するとの回答でしたが、全てを駆除するのは難しいと思います。

小さいお子さんに、ハイハイの練習をさせている親御さんをよく見かけますので、十分気をつけてください。
