Heguri Central Park — Attraction in Heguri

This is not 24 hour access by car. Nearby is all residential so there's no parking outside the park which is locked at night. Parking lot closes at 5pm if no one is renting the field/equipment. Rental of fields/equipment is from 7am-9pm but the management office is open from 9am-5pm. Locals start coming to the park around 5 am to do exercise and chat. There's a feeling of community and greeting one's neighbors. The bathrooms, fields, and trails are well maintained. The park is located in a high neighborhood on top of a hill/mountain so it was very cool in the morning in August.
