Worse experience ever, they stopped the operation of the cable car for sometime because of the weather issue. Then they started the operation of the cable car again so we went up for the cable car. They mentioned in the announcement that the view is clear but we cannot see anything at all. The tracking way to the observation deck is all iced and no one clean for it, it was super slippery.
