海王丸パークの奥にある穴場な展望台です。 海王丸、新湊大橋はもちろん、富山湾、立山連峰も見渡せます。 ２方向に向けて設置してある、無料の「ぜんまい式音声ガイド望遠鏡」が面白いです。ハンドルを回してぜんまいを巻き、望遠鏡の向きを変えると、見ている方向に応じた音声ガイドが流れます。 ただし、方向の判定がシビアなのか、新湊大橋や立山連峰の端まで見ていると音声が途切れてしまいます。もう少し甘い設定にしてあると嬉しいです。
