Hamanasu no oka Park — Attraction in Ishikari

A scenic park in the dunes at the mouth of the Ishikari River. Lots of beach rose and other dune flowers. Good location for birdwatching. Free parking. Swimming beach (no lifeguard, and be careful of the currents). For a safer swimming beach with lifeguard, walk ten minutes southwest to Aso Beach. Small visitors' center with outdoor tap for washing and drinking. A scenic coastal park in Ishikari that's perfect for a relaxing walk by the sea. Hamanasu no Oka Park is known for its beautiful landscape, especially the wild hamanasu (rugosa rose) flowers that bloom in summer.

There’s a nice boardwalk trail that takes you through grassy dunes and offers great ocean views. 駐車場から海まで行く遊歩道が長いことこの上ない。 まさしくドラゴンボールの「竜の道」、行き着いた先には界王さまでもいるんか？と思った。

ひたすら長い上に、見えるのはひたすらススキとハマナスが咲き誇る平原のみ、途中途中見所が何もない。 とても飽きる。 「はまなすの丘公園」の名の通り、あちこちにハマナスの木と実（時期的に花はなかった）が咲き誇っています。

遊歩道歩いている前半は「ハマナスの実ってかわいいね」と思いますが、あまりにもあちこちに生えているというか、それしかないので「もうええわ」となります。

遊歩道自体は前半は木道ですが中盤は砂利道、後半は通路の中心に雑草が生える酷道です。 車椅子での移動は木道部分はなんとか可能かと思いますが、中盤から後半は難しいかと考えられます。

遊歩道の終着点は石狩湾の砂浜。 恐ろしいほど流木が流れ着いています。

流木の種類も多種多様でどこにでも落ちている木端から、海流に揉まれて丸くなった流木、武器で使ったらスライムくらいのモンスターなら倒せるレベルの流木や、ドラゴンの肋骨かと思うくらいにバカでかい流木など様々。

中規模のサイズのカニの亡骸も多数見かけました。

ゴミは思った以上に少ないです。 おじさんが一生懸命ゴミを拾っていたのでその方の功労かと、ありがたし。
