Itoman Bibi Beach — Attraction in Itoman

Do not visit if you want to experience nature. Do visit if you want to drink and BBQ.

Beautiful beach. But lots of noise pollution, both from the music they play and airplanes overhead.

Unfortunately they don’t let you swim in the main beautiful area. Only in a roped off section.

Also they play music constantly at high volume! So much noise pollution, you can hardly hear the waves. Very Asia/Japan type of operation.

Seems like a large government project. Too bad about the music and the swim off area.

Just like it’s kanji (meaning beautiful), it indeed live up to its name :D

Beautiful and wide and sooo relaxing. We were quite lucky that the beach isn’t crowded when we visited the place on September ( since summer vacation is over).

However, not so many shops are visible around the beach so best to buy the things needed before visiting the area.

There’s only one shop in there...

It was a great day! Sun was out, wind was blowing (acting like a hair dryer), and water was warm for a northeastern American like myself.

The views were incredible (which I had attached some pictures) & it was not even close to being crowded.
