札幌へ帰る道の途中に以前から気になっていた、この美術館に立ち寄ることが出来ました。 道の駅とバスターミナルのそばに、ひっそりと佇む、その景観は誰もがひと目でお気に入りになってしまうでしょうね。 さて、件の木田金次郎さんという、ローカル色豊かな風景画家は、かの文豪有島武郎氏の「生まれいづる悩み」のモデルとされた画家であると聞いてはいました。が、自分の知識は、そこまででして、この画家の生涯のことは、何も知らなかったまま、この美術館を訪問したのでした。是非一度は行ってみてください。言葉は、もう何も要らない気がします。人は生きて行くために、様々な環境の中で労働という自分に課せられた重い十字架を背負わされて、たった一握りの対価を得るために自らの身を削り、感情をも殺して毎日を生きています。誰もが、当たり前のように。そんな日常の殺伐とした環境から、ちょっとだけエスケープ出来た気さえします。そう、そしてこれは、決してサボタージュなどではなく、人ひとりの人生において必須な過程なんだと。 ま、哲学的な思考は、ともかく。一度入口まで歩いた道を回れ右をしてクルマに戻ったのは、ドアの所に「JAF会員割引」の小さな文字。ほんの少しの優越感って実はテンションが上がるんです。あ、ここまでお話を読んでくれている、あなたに美術館自体の説明を全くしていませんでしたね。そうなんです、実際に自らの足を運んで行ってみて、そこでそれぞれの方のそれぞれの個々の想いを持つことこそ大事なんだと、この美術館は語りかけているようです。料金は、近郊の美術館巡りの割引セットがお得です。僕が訪ねた時には、受付にお姉さん(笑)がひとりいらっしゃった他には静寂な空気だけがひっそりと迎えてくれていて、ゆっくりとした時間の中をひと時、過ごさせていただきました。ありがとう...
