World ranch — Attraction in Kanan

Lots of animals to see and interact with. Big open spaces and easy to walk round. The animals mostly had loads of room to roam around and were clearly well cared for. You can walk in the sheep and goat pen and through the stables. Even the animals taken out of the pens so people could interact with them more easily were switched regularly to stop them getting tired. The handlers were really friendly and pleased to talk about the animals and help you interact with them. Food options were ok but not outstanding, summer BBQ options would probably be better. Helps that it was a beautiful day, might not be so much fun in the rain. Nice destination for a day trip, especially for families with kids. As parents it's nice to get out of the city, see the natural setting of the mountains as we drived up, then enjoy the well kept ranch with beautiful city views. The ranch itself seems clean considering all the animals, and wasn't too worried to let my toddler (2Y) explore around. The kid totally loved seeing all the animals in real life, especially as we could freely interact with many. We enjoyed getting inside the Fureai Pasture sharing the space with the sheep, and a kind horse let us pet him. Walking around saw more sheep, pigs, ponies, cows, horses, owls, dogs. As an animal lover, I can also add I can feel the animals are well taken care of, and we can learn all the names of animals as they're shared...

It’s a wide place in the Osaka prefecture around 1 hour away from the city you can feel you have gone farther because you are surrounded by mountains and nature, you can touch and feed the animals, also interact with them at some designed hours, must to say that all this activities have some small charge, easy access with clean toilets wide parking lot, you can eat there or you can bring your own food and have a picnic there obviously cleaning up the space you used to eat.
