柏市大室の住宅地、柏ビレジ水辺公園と敷地が連なっている、弧を描くように広がる公園です。水辺公園との境い目は、個人的には池に金網のフェンスが有るか無いかなのかなと思うんですよね。水辺公園の池まわりには金網は無くて、少し歩いていくと、ある位置から金網が現れます。そこからが第五公園のエリアなんだと思います。 遊具の類いは何もありませんが、2ヶ所の屋根付きの休憩スペースにはベンチがあります。遊歩道でウォーキングを楽しむ方の憩いの場にもなっていました。 この公園には水道はありますがトイレはありません。駐車できるスペースはあまり無かったと思います。
