Green Arena Kobe — Attraction in Kobe

TLDR: broken equipment, rude staff, poor foreigner support. Very negative experience at the gym/training center. It's just my opinion, but the policies aren't very well explained which could make things very difficult for non-native Japanese speakers. I go there to use a specific piece of equipment which was broken without any timeline for repair. In the meantime, I go to a different gym which has the equipment I need, then upon returning to Green Arena, I am told my prepaid day passes are worthless. 我が家は子どもの大会で年1回程度グリーンアリーナ神戸を利用します。
