Senjojiki Station (Central Alps Komagatake Ropeway) — Attraction in Komagane

On April 9, the summit was still covered in deep snow. Since we didn’t have any winter gear — no crampons, ice axes, or anything like that — heading into the mountains wasn’t an option.

Instead, we took our time soaking in the breathtaking views from around the upper ropeway station, which were more than enough to leave us in awe.

木曽駒ヶ岳登山の為利用。 ここのロープウェイは、高低差、駅標高共に日本一らしいです。 10月下旬の平日木曜でしたが、少し並ぶ程度の客数。 始発のバスに乗り、しらび平駅から千畳敷駅までロープウェイで移動。 ぎゅう詰めに乗り、行きはほぼ真中の場所だったので、あまり景色が楽しめませんでした。 帰りは16時千畳敷駅発に乗りました。 朝の行きよりは乗客が少なめでした。 運良く進行方向の窓際の場所に乗れ、絶景を楽しめました。 ロープウェイの道中、上半分は既に紅葉が終わっていて、ほぼ茶色。下半分はまだ紅葉があり、とても綺麗でした。 谷間を降りるロープウェイの窓から下を覗くと、地面から高さがあり、荒々しい岩の崖で、なかなかのスリルが味わえます。 紅葉の激写と崖のスリルにテンション上がり夢中になっていたら、まさかのロープウェイ酔いしました。気持ち悪かった。 座れる席はごく僅かで、ほぼほぼ立ち乗りですが、乗る場所が良いと色々楽しめると思います。 しらび平駅、千畳敷駅それぞれにお土産売り場あります。　　...
