End Oct 2025. Reached at about 5 pm. Sky dark. Explore small area as it gets cold at about 8 deg C. Free entrance. Couple of places to park and pay voluntarily 300 yen. Drop the money in the box as no one collecting the fee. Two or three stores still selling some food. Could not see the mountains behind the park as it gets pitch dark. Can only see the lighted park.
