Absolutely fantastic place. Could only stay for a few hours in the afternoon but wish we had come for the whole day, and stayed on for the winter illumination as well. It’s right near the interchange so a great stopover point if you’re travelling Osaka to Tokyo. Beautiful surrounding gardens, great food in the cafes (we loved the Shaun the Sheep sweets and fish and chips). Easy with kids - accessible with a pushchair, and lots of clean toilets. If you have kids aged 2-6, I think you could easily spend the day here. We missed the rest of the park and just spent our two or so hours in the Shaun the Sheep area, but it was still brilliant!
