It was a fun day we travel for around 2-3 hours just to get here. We paid for the free pass for my daughter, my cousin and my sister. Because we want them to enjoy the rides. We understand that its a bit crowded because it's Sunday and Children's are celebrating about their day "Children's Day Holiday". Staff were nice at first especially the old ones. But the younger staff I think they wanted to close early. You see there are rides that are close already at around 3:00 PM and there are a lot people who just came, still paying outside and paid for a free pass and wouldn't get to enjoy all the rides because of this they won't let you ride because the staff said it may affect their closing time, how come right? The closing time is at 5:30 PM. The lines are not that long and they're closing it already because they want to finish early? Sounds fun right. I know they are also tired and we understand, as for the kids and family who wants to enjoy what they've paid for please understand it also. We just want the kids to experience the fun, but these staff were very inconsiderate, My aunt talked to them about the situation, but all they said was we can't do anything about it and the reason is they want to close on time and we understand they should've inform their guests not to avail the ticket rides if they want to close early. Imagine closing the rides 2 and a half hours before the closing time some paid for an unlimited rides, but weren't able to enjoy much because of this. This is a Park for the kids I suggest staff will be more considerate not all can understand your language there are a lot of tourist from other countries enjoying time here with their families. For the staff "If you want to go home early just don't work and go home and inform your guests not to avail the free pass if you plan to close the rides as early as 3PM"
For the management "Check your staff and what they are doing inside the park from the ticketing booth and the one who manage the lines, it is a public holiday for the kids. We understand that there are protocols that needs to be followed, but closing the rides at 3PM is too much. Please be very considerate also with your customers feelings. We didn't pay just to argue with your staff, we pay to enjoy and have fun. After all its a joyful park not stressed park.
Please be very considerate next time also...
Read moreI had an amazing day in Hiruzen Kogen Center! We didn’t see much snow in the Okayama city so it’s definitely a great place to make a day-trip for a snowy day vacation if you happen to be in the prefecture~
The jingisukan was very delicious 🥹🤤They serve halal-certified lamb for the barbecue so it’s very muslim-friendly and even delicious salt & pepper mix for people who can’t consume the sauce because it contains mirin.
The ice cream making experience was also very fun! I had never made handmade ice cream before and I find the ball-rolling method a very interesting way to make the ice cream, kids love it very much too~
It’s February so we were able to participate in the annual “Yuki Koi Snow Festival” and tried making miniature snow igloos by ourselves. I have never tried it before so I’m not good at making them but they even provide tools that we can use to decorate them, other people also made things like snow sculpture and snowman, it looks very cool! They also offers candle in the afternoon to insert in the snow igloos so people can enjoy beautiful snow illumination when the sun is setting~
There are also many food stalls that sells things like croquettes and fries and soft cream made using the infamous Hiruzen jersey milk which tastes very delicious 💕
I also really love the taste of the Hiruzen jersey milk cheese cake and jingisukan curry that I bought as souvenirs (many of the souvenirs also use halal ingredients, for those who are interested in buying them). I would definitely visit this place again someday if I...
Read moreI will go back for more. Went there with the children and it was so much fun. It was not so crowded, so this was a great surprise.
It was a snowy day, and the place provided free snowboards for children to enjoy the slide on a hill nearby. There are restaurants in the premise, so you can be sure not to go hungry after you and the children play.
Oh I also forgot to mention the nice attraction park nearby. In fact, it's the main point of interest in this area. But the day we went, it was not open unfortunately.
The children did enjoy some good ice cream cones (a little pricey though ahahaha) but it was a really great adventure.
If you're into mountain climbing, be sure to go to Daisen (Mountain) ....it is a challenging climb, but you will be...
