Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort is a decent ski resort that offers some enjoyable skiing experiences. The resort has a good range of slopes suitable for skiers of all levels, from beginner to advanced. However, some of the runs could be more challenging, and more variety could be added to the terrain park.
The facilities at the resort are adequate, with a decent selection of restaurants and cafes to choose from. However, the overall atmosphere could be improved, as the resort can feel a bit crowded and chaotic during peak times.

Cons: beginners tend to clog the slopes, high traffic makes it hard to ski properly, high collision hazard too many lifts and too slow lifts close too early for the back of the mountain no clear signage for slopes too many flat sections... not very...
