平日昼間に訪問 杉原千畝記念館に隣接して整備されたモニュメント モニュメントは浅い池上に作成されている ライトアップの機能は無さそうだが背後にスピーカーが整備されている 周囲を緩やかな階段上で中央を向く様に設計されつおり 造成記念時の催し物等の対応をしたと思われる 背後には関係者がモニュメント下部に入る事が出来る 扉とエアコンの室外機があり 下部には控室などが整備されているのかも知れない 見所は多くはないが一見をするには問題の無い場所

噴水はなかったものの、時間になるとジブリのオルゴールが流れてきました。 子どもたちは水がなくても楽しそうに駆け回っていました♪
