Fabulous idea first conceived for the Setouchi Triennale: an old post office is now an art installation where people can send letters to friends or relatives that have died or those they no longer know where they are. Tinged with much sorrow but uplifting at the same time because it is such a great idea.

届け先のわからない（送ることができない）手紙を受け付ける郵便局です。 以前から一度行きたいと思っていましたが開催日が合わず、やっと訪問できました。 月に2日しか開かない郵便局です。 色々な方の心のこもった手紙をたくさん読ませていただきました。 自分の環境に置き換えながら読み出すと、思わず涙がこぼれるお手紙ばかりです。 周りで読まれている方も多くの方が涙をハンカチで拭きながら読まれていました。 とても心が洗われるところです。 局長さんがとても優しく気さくな方で、色々お話しをしていただきました。 「ミステリと言う勿れ」のドラマ内で取り上げられてから急に来訪の方が増えたようですね。 是非、ハンカチ持参で行かれてきてください。
