Miyazaki City Phoenix Zoo — Attraction in Miyazaki

Whoever thought of putting an amusement park inside a zoo? - Great idea! But they like to charge. Parking 400 yen, rides per person around 300 yen each. We did notice lots of people had wrist bands getting on all the rides for free but we weren't offered the opportunity to purchase them. There is also a basic restaurant and gift shop on site. The restaurant meals were about 900 yen for adults and about 550 yen for kids meals. They are renovating the zoo at the moment and the new enclosures are much better than the old. Zoo inside the Phoenix zone of Miyazaki, near the coast. Reachable with a free shuttle. I went there on Tuesday evening, so few people were visiting the park, I counted 4 people other than me. Thai elephant is a victem of mahout. one of elephant name is Midori, Female. on Monday 8th January 2024, I came here with my family and were see a lot of animal here and the last point was Thai elephants, big one name is Midori Female from Thailand by someone working at Wildlife Fund Thailand. they have 2 Mahout are taking care of elephants here.
