Was recommended this place by the lovely Japanese boutique hotelier Shiori-ya and it did not disappoint!
There is a small soba musesum, restaurant and shop at the first floor but its the second floor where all the magic happens.
In a hall, there are tables where you will learn from the staff via a step-by-step instruction on how to make soba from scratch. Access is convenient with a bus stop right in front and plenty of parking...

A wonderful, hands-on experience - I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful break from...
