You have to go right before sunset. Beautiful views. There a museum and various spots to view the outlook of Iojima/Nagasaki . There a cafe where you can get tea and coffee. Parking is about three minute walk from the cafe and it will lead to a path to the lighthouse which is about another three minutes. There various pathways including one that takes you by the sea. Prepare to spend a hour in this area if your photogenic person. There two toilet area at the beginning of walk path and the end area. You can not enter the lighthouse . No fees...
