Ōnuma Quasi-National Park is a 90.83 km² quasi-national park on the Oshima Peninsula in southwest Hokkaidō, Japan. The park encompasses the volcanic Hokkaidō Komagatake as well as the Ōnuma and Konuma ponds, which abut against the west slope of the mountain.

A simply stunning place found in a quirt spot away from towns and people where you can just be surrounded by nature, peace, tranquilly, and the occasional deer. But can be...

僻地だが穴場。入口駐車場にはトイレもある。湖畔のウッドデッキは結構突き出ていて、写真のような水面すれすれの大沼の景色が楽しめる。ウッドデッキまで片道20分もかからず、トレッキングシューズでなく普通の靴でも大丈夫だった。ただし雨の日の翌日は道が水没しているかもしれない。また木道も整備中のルートがあるので入り口のマップでルートを予め確認するほうがよい。時期が合えば規模は小さいがミズバショウの群生地もある。トイレに手洗い場はない(自然環境に配慮し汚水を排水できないため)。アルコールティッシュや除菌スプレーなど持ち込むとよい。当然ゴミ箱はないためゴ...

大沼の周囲を木道で一周できます。大沼にはモリアオガエルが生息しています。沼越しに見る新湯富士山は高原山の火山帯の一部で、トロイデと呼ばれるつりがね状の形をしています。大沼園地そばの駐車場まで車で入れますが、奥塩原温泉と塩釜温泉とを結ぶトレッキングコース「塩原自然研究路」を歩いて来るのも楽しいです。対岸のブナ林の雰囲気もが良く、5月中旬の新緑の季節になれば美しいだろうと思います。 ※...

ハンターマウンテンのゴンドラ紅葉の途中で寄りました。まだこの時は紅葉は早かったですが、木道も整備されて気持ちの良いところですね。大規模に木道工事中でほとんど回れませんでしたが、季節でいろいろな花々を楽しめるようですので、またその変化を楽しみに訪れてみたいと思います。

ハンターマウンテンのゴンドラ紅葉の途中で寄りました。まだこの時は紅葉は早かったですが、木道も整備されて気持ちの良いところですね。大規模に木道工事中でほとんど回れませんでしたが、季節でいろいろな花々を楽しめるようですので、またその変化を楽しみに訪れてみたいと思います。
