ネイチャーアクアリウムギャラリー — Attraction in Niigata

I rented a car and drove three hours each way just to see this one museum. This was a bucket list destination for me. Such a beautiful, inspiring place. Do take note that the nearest station, Maki station, does not have coin lockers but you can put your luggage down at the gallery itself.

ずっと行きたいと思っていたADAアクアリウムギャラリーに行きました。 故天野氏の懐古展のあと水槽達が戻ってきて、館内の写真撮影も可能になったということで4月1日(日)に訪れました。

まず、ADAが本線から少し離れた小道のなかの林に囲まれた建物で、「ここ…？」と思いつつ近づくと、見たことのある建物が。駐車場は建物のすぐそばにあり、入り口も目の前です。 春休みも最終の日曜日ということで、子供連れの親子がたくさんいて賑やか。 館内はどでかい水槽が何個もあり、それぞれADAらしい美しいネイチャーアクアリウムでした。水草や、流木のレイアウトを見るのはもちろんですが、魚のいろんな種類を見れるのが素人目には楽しかったです。こんなにもいろんな色の魚がいるのかとガラスに顔を近づけて見てしまいました。 また、水槽によっては360度見れるものもあり、裏側に回って隠れている魚を見つけたり、水草の根や葉をさまざまな角度で見ることができ、楽しかったです。 また、故天野氏の懐古展がVRで体感できます！これは嬉しい！ また、今度機会があれば、友達をつれ...
