A nice little spot! The weather was foggy when I visited (end of June), but it was still very peaceful and relaxing. A great escape from the city. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it must be with clear weather. I paid ~300yen for access to the Italian and British villas. Took advantage of the mild weather so parked at Kegon Falls no 2& walked the lakeside path 3km to the Italian villa. A stunning place with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. The special interiors and architectural features like the cedar lined walls and ceiling are worth noting. Buy the combined ticket for British embassy park as well for 450Y. Walked to the closest bus stop and had a nice ride back to the bus station which is close to Kegon Falls...
