毎週末立ち寄りますが、クランド公園と道の駅が一緒になっていて、便利です。 ただ1つ 残念なのは、トイレです、 人吉市市内にある、公衆トイレ全て綺麗なのに、 道の駅のトイレとしては、汚い、汚すぎます、朝のトイレ掃除を、高齢者の方達が数名で掃除されていますが、 タイルのホコリ、汚れ、ゴミを、和式トイレに流したり、びちょ濡れのモップで、デタラメに濡らして掃除したように見せる、トイレの壁、タイルは、汚れ水が飛び散り、汚れとカビだらけ、男性用小便の目の前な棚は、ホコリとゴミ、虫の死骸、とにかく汚い。 何を拭いたタオルで、どこを拭いてるかもわからない汚さです。 スタンプラリーで九州の、色んな道の駅に、立ち寄りますが、 錦の道の駅ほどトイレの汚い道の駅は、何処にも有りません。 掃除している姿を見ていると、目を疑う様な掃除をしています。 立派な建物なのに、凄く残念に思います。

道の駅・錦に隣接する広大な公園です。道の駅の入り口正面に小高い丘があり、ここに少年剣士の像と公園の名の由来となった丸目蔵人佐（まるめくらんどのすけ）の銅像が立っています。 丘を奥に進むと、巨大な複合遊具が丘から下のグランドに向かって広がってます。 丘の右手下には、錦池とその辺（ほとり）に幸せの鐘があります。 池のあちらこちらに大小様々な岩石が配され池の中央には八ツ橋が掛かり、洲浜も設えられて、庭園好きには堪らない造りです。 大人から子供まで様々な市民が楽しめる公園だと思います。 （2018/09/12）

上泉信綱（新陰流）の四天王の一人にしてタイ捨流開祖、丸目蔵人佐長恵の名を冠する公園。 入り口に丸目蔵人佐と少年剣士の像がある。 敷地が広く、高低差を利用した大型遊具から広場、池など「公園」にあるものは一通り網羅している。 何より、道の駅錦に隣接しているため、十分な駐車スペースがあり、買い物も気軽にできるのがいい。 子供連れが多く活用している。

This is one of the largest parks in the town of Nishiki. It is beautiful and peaceful. Even though I would consider it small, it has a great walking path, a play area for children and a little fitness area with some pretty interesting bars (too small for "tall" people, but useful...
