Although didn’t go in expecting the best zoo in the world, came out feeling more let down and sad about the conditions of the animals than expected. The birds have picked all their feathers out in frustration and are confined to tiny cages. There was one single chimp in an enclosure, with no toys or stimulation. The big cats are kept in single cells with their own mess on the floor, pacing up and down continuously out of boredom and insanity.
