The final chain you can challenge. If you got tired and wanted to escape from the chain, I would want you to take 15min rest and think of extreme happiness of success of your challenge. This is apparently harder than the 2nd chain, but this is the last stage you want to win. The view to the top of the mountain from the 3rd chain is wonderful and amzing, so you should enjoy for moments. The chain is around 70m high and tough a little bit, so take care of yourself and never give up in the middle of the way. When you finish the chain, there you reached the top of the mountain!

This is very easy in the technical sense, since the chain is of uniform size (so you can always have your feet safely inside a link and not think, unlike in the second one) and simply goes up vertically --- that says, it is very vertical, and if you look back, I imagine anyone who suffers from vertigo even slightly would not enjoy this. I did, it was a lot of fun.

登りきった時の気分は爽快です。 一の鎖、ニの鎖はまだ岩の傾斜があるのですが、この「三の鎖」は垂直です。足をかける岩場がないので鎖の穴に靴を引っ掛けて上がります。 下を覗くと他の観光客の皆さんが続々と登って来ています。「このまま落ちると、みんな死んじゃうなぁ」と変な考えがよぎります。（笑） 危険度はMAXですが、鎖にかけた手を離さなければ絶対に落ちないので、手を離さないようにしましょう。 体力と筋力には自信あったので、そこまで疲れませんでした。恐怖を乗り越えて、登りきった後の景色は素晴らしいです。

腕力に任せて登るとすぐにへたばります 実際の傾斜は80°くらいでしょうか 輪っかに靴の先が入らず引っ掛けられないので足場探しが一番のポイントかと おと登山者の殆どは迂回路を選択してました ここも相当な恐怖感でしたが同じ位天狗のナイフリッジも怖いです！ もう二度と挑戦したくないです(-_-;)

身長161cm(股下たぶん平均的)の女なのですが、二の鎖の方が難しかったように思います。 というのも、こちら三の鎖は垂直だけれども、足を引っ掛けられるポイントが分かりやすいのです。 岩肌でも三角形足場でも「ここだな」というがあり、無理な足上げはしなくても良さそうでした。

試し、一、二と難なくクリアしたのですが、一番長いうえ、前日降った雪が所々積もっており、途中疲れて何度も止まらざる得ませんでした。上がり始めると降りる方が危ないのでちょっと後悔しましたが、登りきってしまえば良い思い出になります。
