The level of preservation and biodiversity of the forest, its wetlands and ponds is already enough for a 5 star rating.
The building is very welcoming, and while there are a lot of pictures with lots of info, I'd have liked if they were in English as well.
The Center offers free maps in English that cover the entire forest, as well as a map of the structures around the center.
I can't recommend enough the sights of the Shinoda pond, the Taisho pond and the view from atop the Mount Monomi!
