Kamuimisaki Natural Park — Attraction in Shakotan

Stunning view and beautiful scenery. However, we arrived at 14:30 just to realize that the road to the viewpoint where closed? Obviously they have other opening hours than you can read at google. We walked the road up to the view point, it isn’t that far. When we arrived at the scene on in our company needed to use the restroom but the public ones where closed. The not so friendly staff at the restaurant at the site would not let us access the restaurant toilet either even though they where still at the restaurant even after we left the place. Pretty cool place, worth the drive from Sapporo…. Probably 50/50. With my son yelling for an hour probably not, if it was just me and the wife then yeah. Lots and I mean lots of open road.
