Came on 19th June 2024. Was today years old to know that Hotaru is firefly in Japanese. There were 2 middle aged men who were showing the park goers the larvaes and brought cabbage for them to feed on (as seen in image). And when I said I spoke little Japanese, he tried to explain in English which was really sweet. He said the peak was last month 20th May… Hope this is helpful for you!

「光りながら舞い踊る蛍の光には心底癒やされました」 閑静な住宅街にある駐車場もない比較的小さな公園ですが、蛍を鑑賞出来るようにするために手入れがされていて良かったです。 蛍祭りが終わって1週間程たってから行きました。正直あまり期待はしていませんでしたが、10匹程は見れました（2019/06/21）蛍の光も良かったですが、知らない人と蛍について色々話すことも、別の良さがありました。 現地の人に聞いた話だと、蛍祭りの後、放流された蛍を盗んでいった奴がいたそうです。折角多くの人達が手間暇かけて整備したのに、クズのせいで嫌な気分になったのは否めませんが、概ね満足できる場所でした。

o hotaru Park é um parque bem pequeno, mas que traz um encanto imenso pra quem vai visita lo, principalmente a noite pra ver os vaga lumes. a época de vaga lumes é entre o começo de maio até o final de junho. a entrada do parque é bem escura com pouca iluminação, mas o parque fica aberto 24 hrs e tem vários bancos pra você sentar e apreciar os vaga lumes além de ter uma estufa com vários deles dentro é uma experiência mágica e não tem...
