Jonanjima Seaside Park — Attraction in Tokyo

This is a great hangout, particularly if you like plane-spotting since it lies directly below the landing glidepath for Haneda (Tokyo International for the old-school crowd) Airport. There are also some gorgeous vantage points for pictures of Tokyo Bay on the other end of the park.

I tend to use the park as a halfway point for bike rides down and back the Tamagawa, so I can't speak directly to how good the beach and ocean are here.

However, there are walking paths, places to skateboard, rollerblade or ride your bike all around here. At the entrance of the park are vending machines and snack counters for those seeking...

Windy, spacious, BBQ spot, camping site. All of it is true for this place. It’s beautiful, and you can have a nice nap in your tent. Near the airport so you can checkout plane every 10/15 minutes. Many photographers comes here to take photo of takeoff. The beach has quite the high tide. But within swimming level. The information desks are helpful, i had cut my finger during setting up tent. Nice place very close to the Haneda airport. Jonanjima Seaside Park is a seaside park located at the end of Jonajima Ota-ku, Tokyo.
