Tsubasa Beach — Attraction in Tokyo

So, I'm out on a walk, scumbag drinking at this nice industrial area park/beach, sitting there minding my own business watching the planes come into Haneda, when this group walks by taking pictures of a kid in a bathrobe. It's a small, nice beach quite near from Tokyo centre (about 30 mins by car), with Haneda airport views - if you enjoy looking at airplanes taking off and landing, this is a place for you. There is also a park and barbeque area, toilets, car parking etc. However, the beach itself is a bit trashy, including the items which came by sea (buckets anyone?) - I wish park crew picked it up i.e. once...

A great place to relax and watch planes land or take off. The beach is a little restricted, so no fires, swimming, or dogs off leash.
