Miharayama Onsen — Attraction in Tokyo

although the hotel is a bit old but everything is clean, neat and tidy. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Food is great too. You can try some traditional style Japanese crusine here. Don't forget to get into the open area hot spring, stunning view of the mountain. The roof is great for observing stars at night, the hotel provide accessories like mat or latern for guests. Also, visit the volcano and walk around it, the view from top is breath taking. Bus stop just in front of the hotel, very convenient to go to Mt. Miharayama. ツアーの食事で立ち寄りました。 松花堂の様な弁当箱に詰められたランチ。大島の特産っぽいものを満遍なく詰めてはありましたが・・・なんか損した気持ちになるお弁当でした。お味噌汁だけは注ぎたての温かいものでしたが、これなら美味しいラーメン屋の方が嬉しいかな？

一面霧がかった日で、どこもかしこも湿っぽいせいか、館内のトイレ付近が匂い微妙。

パンフレットを見ると、温泉からの眺めが素敵らしいので、良いとこをみないまま、一面だけ切り取っての評価にはなりますが、なんとなく港近くの民宿なんかの方が良さそうなイメージでした。
