On a slightly cloudy day, this dam offers one of the most amazing views of nature, water, mountains and the dam itself. This dramatic scene looks almost too perfect to be real, like an artifical background for a movie scene or a painting. It is beautiful to observe and walk around the dam/lake at a time like this and just witness this marvel of nature. There is also an observatory, but it's basically just a 3 floors tall tower that doesn't provide a whole lot of extra view since the lake and dam are just so vast to begin with.
