This place opened up in 2018. It’s a very beautiful Daibutsu and it looks very good because it’s still new. It’s only about ¥300 to get in. There is a small shop down below, remains of an old hot spring and a bridge with wind chimes (Summer only maybe and ends in August). You can write your wish on one of the wind chimes. And up at the Daibutsu you can write wishes there too. Make sure to bring small change to buy those things when you go up, the lady downstairs can give it to you if...

a nice place for a calm and peaceful time. perhaps it is being developed. read about it in Wattention magazine. although there is a parking lot, don’t know why people were being sent back to a close by place for parking. the buddha sits calm on a small hillblooking down benevolently on the...

Of both the large Buddha statues I have visited, this is probably in the top two.

The statue is large and impressive. It is accessed by multiple seats of stairs. There are benches to rest along the way.
