Showa Kinen Park Fountain — Attraction in Tokyo

If you are alone there is a ticket machine on the left inner side of entrance gate. The fountain barely has onlookers as everybody wants to get their destination in the park which is gigantic...so keep your senses sharp and go to the right side where you can take a train on wheels to drop off on different area of your choice. I think they have at least 5-6 stops. I got off at the back or 3rd stop where the pretty flowers are. I paid 310yen drop off...and same getting on it again going back same spot near the gate. 4star just because it's not enough time and energy to visit in a day....and bit long walk from Tachkawa train station. But the pockets of amusement area would be great in summer as well as spring... beautiful and...

A beautiful water fountain ⛲️ in the Showa kinen park perfectly designed ginkgo trees on both the sides of the fountain park is a festival to see. The picturesque view of the fountain park from the entrance is mesmerizing. The reflection images of the park in the evening is marvelous. Children just love the place and enjoy. This is a massive park that is beautiful and well maintained. It is particularly beautiful in spring with the cherry blossom, and also a sight to behold in Autumn. You can rent a bike at the park, but you can't ride your own. There is an entrance fee and group rates are subsidised. You can have picnics and children can play freely. In summer, the pool is in operation until around September 1st, it can be a fun time for families...
