北アルプスの眺望を望める、とても良い場所の一つです。また、今は特に便数が少ないお陰か、時間帯によっては人も殆ど居ません。 時間帯が合えば、旅客機の離着陸も見られますし。 また、撮影を長時間、時間帯ごとにやるのにも、屋内でゆっくり時間を潰せますし、お腹が空いたり喉が渇いても安心。トイレも安心。 因みに、長時間滞在する場合は、道義上きちんと少しでもお金は落として帰りましょう。

展望デッキにはエレベーターで４階へ。 景色も綺麗で目の前で飛び立つ飛行機は迫力があります。 （滑走路のずっと向こうで飛び立つこともあり） お土産やお子様連れのかたには２階がオススメ。ガチャガチャがたくさん揃ってます。 1階にはストリートピアノや美味しいお寿司屋さんもあります。
