日曜の昼過ぎに入館。無料です。 サイズはコンパクトな資料館ですが、雰囲気もよく、リッパな施設です。 図書館併設な施設なので、駐車場にはたくさんクルマは停まってましたが、資料館は誰も居ませんでした。 真壁って、石器時代から、縄文、弥生と長くて、厚い歴史があるようです。 戦国期もマイナーな北関東のゴチャゴチャしたところがありますが、城趾も整備されて立派で、城下町としての歴史と、今も残る風情ある街並みも見所があります。 赤穂浪士と、真壁の意外な繋がりも面白かった。 歴史探訪には穴場ですね。
