The beach is iconic with the red bridge heading to the Hakusan Island. The water is clean so the seaweeds are clearly seen, but sometimes find the garbage brought from the ocean.

海岸(海水浴)です。 駐車場ありです。 シャワー室や更衣室もあります。 日本の渚百選や快水浴場百選、日本の夕日100選にも選ばれています。 海岸付近には、「白山島」を結ぶ赤い橋も架かっていて島まで歩いて探索もできます。 自分が訪れた際は曇りで海の色は黒く荒い感じの海でした。潮風を浴びながら砂浜や島を探索できました。 他の方の投稿した写真を見ると、夕日が綺麗だったり天気がいい日は水色の海で綺麗だなーって感じます。 色々な百選にも選ばれていて、素敵な海なので天気がいい日にまた訪れてみたいです。

由良海水浴場近くの白山島、白山神社に行きました。島へは赤い橋を渡っていきます。海の色と橋の赤が非常に映えます！ 健脚な方は山の頂上まで登ってみると良いかもしれません。私は暑くてリタイヤしました… 海水浴シーズンだったので駐車料金が掛かりました。 白山神社手前には釣り堀もあり賑わっていました。
