Yura hot spring Yaotome — Hotel in Tsuruoka

Typical Japanese hotel, but with generous size guest rooms, and great Sea of Japan views. Must be an exceptionally great place to stay in the summer months. Although I am used to sleeping on much softer beds, I git a good night’s sleep, and enjoyed the sounds coming of the water. We had a great seafood dinner. The Yaotome Hotel - What you need to know

Beautiful scenery meets traditional Japanese hospitality in a calm, remote fishing Village. Our stay at Yaotome was excellent. The staff were super friendly, the dinner was delicious and the ocean view from the room amazing.

Surroundings: A 15 min walk to Hakusan (白山) Island is recommended with a beautiful red bridge connecting to the mainland.
