This park is a field of green pastures, along with an art museum. I would say that the place is good to go with family, friends, or even alone. It has a relaxing atmosphere, although in the summer, there aren't many shades with seats to avoid the sun. However, the museum next to the park is an air-conditioned place, so it might be a "cool" experience to visit there. The museum contains traditional Okinawan artifacts as well as explanations of the art. There are translations provided in English and Chinese so that the museum may be enjoyed as many people as possible. One other factor I appreciated was that there weren't many people -- in fact, there were only two besides our family -- so my worries about clustering during the COVID-19 outbreak were assuaged.
