Estarei postando algumas fotos do...

I did a number of day hikes in Japan in forest/mountain areas and wanted to experience a different environment. I found Nishizawa Valley gorge to be the perfect change in scenery. It was a 14km 3.5hr walk. I travelled 3hrs from Tokyo by train then bus. It was completely worth it. I went in late September. No one else was there which made it more magical. It rained half the time but it didn't dampen our experience. The walk starts very easy and you see some concrete falls - not very impressive. As you continue, the trail goes alongside the gushing gorge for much of the trail. This was beautiful beyond words. Great care must be taken on wet rocks.
