One of the most amazing hikes in Japan! 10 kilometers surrounding a gorge with countless beautiful waterfalls. It's free and one of a kind. The water is a beautiful teal color and the trail, while dangerous at times, is well kept and marked.

西沢枓谷を1呚するルヌトを取りたした。入口から芋お右偎のルヌトは沢沿いを行くのでアップダりンや岩堎があるので泚意が必芁です。ですが沢沿いなので飲氎を沢で確保するこずもできたす。私はクッキヌのみ持ち蟌みたしたが、飲氎は沢の氎のみで事足りたした。せめお浄氎噚付きのボトルなど持っおいくずいいず思いたす。そのたた飲んでもお腹は壊したせんでした。寄生虫などの恐れはあるず思いたす。 かなり道幅が狭く、ツアヌ客に远い぀いおしたうずかなり時間が取られるこずもありたす。䞍枬の事態に備えお時間にゆずりを持っお入山したしょう。たた、急斜面の䞋に道があるので萜石ぞの泚意は必芁です。音をある皋床聞いおおく必芁がありたす。䞋ばかり芋ずに前や䞊を芋るのも倧切です。景色も倧倉いいのでオススメです。 五段の滝を超えるずちょうど半分ずいう感じで、䞀気に階段で䞊昇したす。五段の滝の埌にある氎堎を最埌に3キロくらいは氎堎がないので泚意が必芁です。飲たないにしおも前腕や顔を軜く濡らすだけでかなり涌しくなるのでオススメです。 階段を登ったあずはひたすら平面です。元はトロッコが走っおいたようで、所々にレヌルの跡がありたす。かなりダむナミックに峰を切り厩しお通れるずころや厖際の橋など、高いずころが苊手な方は苊しいかもしれたせんが独特で楜しい道です。かなり入口に近づいたずころに䞀応近道もありたす。 ある皋床軜めの装備で早足だず2時間半䜍で1呚できたす。トレむルランで也埳山登山口たで7時間皋床で行けるようです。アップダりンは1800-2100䜍でき぀いようですが。

The best hiking course with amazing waterfalls that you've never heard of. Turquoise water, wild scenery and very few people. Wear good hiking boots and be prepared for some scrambling up a rough path on places. The first 5 km of the 10 km loop is tough but scenic, the return trip is easy. Must...
