We stayed one night in this very traditional hotel during our vacation in Osaka area. The natural hot spring bath is wonderful. The Japanese room is spacious and very comfortable. Facilities are a little old but well-maintained and very clean. The staff are very friendly and even wrote our name on the welcome board at the entrance. There is free bus service from and to nearby kintetsu and JR stations. We are very happy during our stay, and will definitely come back next time when we are around.

The theater, unique to Yao Grand Hotel, is also one of the things to look forward to ^ ^ Next time, I'd like to come for a morning bath!! 1000 yen However, it's 700 yen on Wednesdays! 4am to 7am Finally, Yao Grand Hotel has a long history. I can't write about it all here, so please enjoy the history while soaking in the bath ^ ^

We stayed one night in this very traditional hotel during our vacation in Osaka area. The natural hot spring bath is wonderful. The Japanese room is spacious and very comfortable. Facilities are a little old but well-maintained and very clean. The staff are very friendly and even wrote our name on the welcome board at the entrance. There is free bus service from and to nearby kintetsu and JR stations. We are very happy during our stay, and will definitely come back next time when we are around.

It's an old building in Yao County, Eastern Osaka.||||They provided free hot spring and shows when I booked the hotel. However, they didn't remind me the time about the show and confirm my pick up time. The location is far away from train station. It takes me about an hour from train station to the hotel. It's a nightmare!!||||The hot spring is great! Many local Japaneses came to enjoy it. The hot spring water is able to drink. It's Japan Quality!||||But the room is really bad. It is tiny, old and humid!||All of the staffs can only speak Japanese. They can't speak English number at all! How come?||||People should just come to enjoy the hot spring and the show. Please do not try the room to stay! It...

Já faz um tempo, tinha reservado um carro aqui.Cheguei no balcão e uma moça nova me atendeu. Já estava tudo pronto para pegar o carro.De repente chega uma senhora já de idade e da um chega para lá na moça nova que estava me atendendo e começa me fazer algumas perguntas.Achei estranho.Tinha uma dúvida e fiz uma pergunta para está senhora também,se por acaso poderia estender por mais tempo o aluguel do carro. Não sei o que está senhora estava pensando, me disse não iremos mais emprestar o carro para você e não precisa pagar cancelamento o aluguel do meu carro. Já era tarde e precisava do carro nesse dia, não consegui aluguel o carro em outro lugar e tive que cancelar meu compromisso desse dia. É muita falta de profissionalismo e mau caráter por parte desta senhora . Nunca mais volto e nem aconselho meus amigos a irem...
