Saw this shrine on Google Maps when I was at Taura Plum Grove and decided to check it out. I love it! It’s a short 10-15 min hike up from this marker on the map, and you’ll walk by some farmlands, up some steep stairs, and towards the end you’ll see a path off to the right with white arrow pointing in the direction of the shrine (no English signs). Follow it and you’ll be rewarded with the long line of red gates with a beautiful view! We was no one other than a friendly old man who was working on his farm. Such a rewarding mini-hike!

This is a nice little hike. At times you may feel like you're walking through someone's garden but just stay on the trail and you will be fine. Beautiful tory gates and amazing...
