La Corbiere Lighthouse Parking — Attraction in St. Brelade

A fascinating combination of the historical lighthouse accessed by the causeway at low tide and several WW2 German gun implements and bunkers. A free car park above the headland has limited space but some further limited parking is available lower down toward the causeway. Read the tide tables as the tide here is fast and treacherous as witnessed to the plaque to one assistant location lighthouse keeper who drowned attempting to rescue a visitor who overstayed the tide turn and was also swept away...

Such a beautiful spot high up on the island. You can walk out to the light house or take in the views from the cliff top over looking it. There is also a huge German WW2 lookout tower built into the cliff here. Not an eye sore at all, it is fascinating. The construction of of a lot of these bunkers is fascinating.
