A beautiful, haunting place. Hot, sunny and with warm winds and crystal clear water in summer (be careful of the tide if you're not familiar) and ferocious, powerful winds and awesome white water and huge waves in storm season. About five spaces at the top car park and another ten or so at the lower car park. Take care for pedestrians and don't drive past the house. One of Jersey's most famous landmarks. Don't walk to the lighthouse unless you're very familiar with the area, the tides and you're fit...

A fascinating combination of the historical lighthouse accessed by the causeway at low tide and several WW2 German gun implements and bunkers. A free car park above the headland has limited space but some further limited parking is available lower down toward the causeway. Read the tide tables as the tide here is fast and treacherous as witnessed to the plaque to one assistant location lighthouse keeper who drowned attempting to rescue a visitor who overstayed the tide turn and was also swept away...

Such a beautiful spot high up on the island. You can walk out to the light house or take in the views from the cliff top over looking it. There is also a huge German WW2 lookout tower built into the cliff here. Not an eye sore at all, it is fascinating. The construction of of a lot of these bunkers is fascinating. This one was used by the coat guard for a short time and is now actually used as a holiday rental! So if you fancy a stay with a difference...

Friendly waiting on and bar staff, reasonable choice of dishes, great views to the sea (and sunset depending on time of day), ample (bumpy) parking. I noticed they have a kids menu but this wasn't offered to my two children during the evening, which was disappointing but did not spoil the evening. We all very much enjoyed and shared each other's dishes.
