I recently visited Jordan Zoo and had a pleasant experience overall. The zoo offers a variety of animals, including lions, bears, monkeys, and several bird species, which makes it a nice spot for families with children. The staff were friendly and some were eager to answer questions about the animals.

However, the zoo facilities could use some improvement. Some enclosures seemed small or outdated, and a few areas looked like they needed better maintenance. It would be great to see more naturalistic habitats and clearer signage in both Arabic and English.

On the positive side, the entry fee was very affordable, and there were shaded seating areas and small kiosks for snacks. It’s a peaceful place for a short weekend outing, especially for kids who love animals.

With some upgrades and more focus on animal welfare, Jordan Zoo has the potential to become a top family attraction in...

Everyone who sees this review call any animal protection agency to shut this zoo down. Many animals here have died of dehydration, starvation, ZOOCHOSIS, yes animals can die from a psychosis of depression and lack of energy and happiness, These animals have feelings, lives, lost families, and no hope. These animals need to be freed and not entertain children, CHILDREN, is what people are worried about while children have more gentle safe lives because they are simply human, doesnt mean to entertain them by torturing innocent animals God created. I dont care what anybody says children should not be a priority but the lives of these animals are more important than anything. So please open your eyes and call agencies to shut this place down for good and get these beautiful creatures back home to...

2 years ago, I visited Yadoudah Zoo. This year, I went to The Jordan Zoo. The place is very smelly which means they don’t take care of the animals well. I hate to see the animals surrounded by walls instead of nature looks, like trees, plants, bushes, you get it. I understand Jordan’s weather conditions is difficult for forest like but they can Atleast use decorations. The cages are a bit dirty. The animals look very tired and sick. It’s sad seeing them like this. In America 🇺🇸, Zoos look more like forests for the animals, more space, they look happy and unbothered. But it’s very protected and I talked with the owner of the animals. I...

A spacious place and a very convenient location, a beautiful view, kinds of animals are there. But place seriously needs more management and organization, clearly random, there are no uniform for the workers, and the children’s hall we did not find any interest there, the games need immediate maintenance, as the rust of iron is noticeable. not worth experience
