Monument Suites — Hotel in Amman

I asked several times before arrival if somebody is there after midnight for checking. each time they promised they will be there. At arrival, nobody was there, did not open the door and did not answer the phone (number provided in communication). So I had to search a new hotel in the middle of the night.
